Our Services

Every person is different, so every treatment plan should be too. We take the time to understand your specific needs, goals, and circumstances before recommending a course of action.

"It is much more important to know what person the disease has than to know what disease the person has"
— Hippocrates

Government Funded

Support at Home

The Australian Government's Support at Home program provides funding for in-home physiotherapy for eligible older Australians. If you're over 65 (or 50+ for First Nations Australians), you may qualify for professional, personalised guidance to stay upright and in your own home.

The journey starts with an assessment by a physiotherapist — think of it as a "health detective" evaluating not just how you move, but how you navigate your own home. Based on a thorough evaluation, we craft a personalised home exercise program targeting the most important things to keep you on your feet, confident and balanced.

Research backs this approach as one of the most effective interventions for reducing fall risk — more effective even than attending an exercise class three times per week.

Exercise App

Your Exercises, In Your Pocket

We use the Physitrack platform to send personalised exercise programs directly to your phone — or as a printed version if you prefer. Video demonstrations, progress tracking, and direct communication with your physio, all in one place.

With regular check-ins from your physiotherapist and Allied Health Assistant, you'll be walked through a gentle, graded approach to restoring the balance, strength and mobility you need to stay confident and vertical.

1

We Assign Your Program

After your assessment, we create a personalised exercise program and send it to you with a code to download the app.

2

Follow Along at Home

Each exercise has a video demonstration. The app tracks your sets, reps, and progress. No guesswork.

3

We Track & Adjust

We monitor your progress in real time and adjust your program as you improve. Message us directly through the app.
